Three ways we support the process.
Special educational needs work runs to legal timetables, formal processes and unfamiliar language. Voylian exists to make that ground easier to stand on, whichever side of the table you sit.
Consultancy
Advice on individual cases and on the systems around them, from understanding where a process has gone wrong to reviewing how an organisation handles it.
Training
Sessions that turn statutory duties and timescales into something a room full of people can actually use, written in plain English rather than legal shorthand.
Tools
Software built for the same problem, so that the knowledge is not confined to a meeting room. Our first application, EHCPwise, is below.

EHCPwise
A mobile app for parents, carers and young people in England following the statutory 20 week Education, Health and Care needs assessment. It works out every deadline from the family’s own start date, gives notice before each one falls due, and provides guidance and ready to send letters when the local authority runs late. Everything stays on the device: there is no account and no server.

The people who need this support are usually part way through something stressful and often under a deadline. That shapes everything we produce, from how a training session is pitched to how an app screen is worded.

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and contains no tracking of any kind. There is nothing here to opt out of.
What this website collects
Nothing directly. There are no forms, no sign in, no comment fields and no embedded third party content. We do not build a profile of visitors and we do not know who you are.
Like any website, the pages are delivered by a hosting provider, which processes technical information such as your IP address in order to serve the page and to protect the site from abuse. This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and that processing is governed by Cloudflare’s own privacy terms. We do not receive visitor level reports from it.
If you email us
Email sent to an address at this domain is forwarded to a mailbox we control, so that we can read and reply to it. We keep that correspondence only for as long as it is needed to deal with your enquiry and for our own records. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not pass your details to anyone else for marketing.
Your rights
Data protection law gives you rights over personal data held about you, including the right to see it, correct it, and ask for it to be erased. As this website collects nothing, those rights are relevant only to correspondence you have sent us. Write to contact@voylian.com and we will deal with the request.
